Skilled in AutoCAD, TEDDs, and technical reporting for cost estimation, trend analysis, and optimism bias adjustments using historical index data. Proficient in structural design across concrete, steel, masonry, and timber. Successfully delivered projects from concept to completion, meeting time, budget, and quality targets. Extensive experience in surveying historical buildings and highway structures, with a strong foundation in specification writing and stakeholder engagement across complex, high-value programmes.

Civil Engineering & Architecture

Large-scale projects fail in the gaps between stakeholders. I facilitate group workshops that focus on the language of Urban Planning and Design Coordination.
